All payments made on www.dudeco.pt or www.dudeco.es are secured using the SSL protocol.
CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD
At Dudeco we accept VISA, Verified by VISA and MasterCard payments.
When carrying out the transaction, our customer provides his card data, which will be stored directly in Safe Footbridge 4B, when carrying out the purchase process.
Dudeco stores information about credit or debit cards. For reasons of security and company management, collection management is carried out through the entity "EUPAGO".
Notice: Valid for any purchase within the European territory.
ATM REFERENCE
ATM payments can be made through the ATM network or through your Homebanking.
At the end of your order, an ATM reference will be generated. In addition to being able to view the reference when finalizing the order, you will also receive it by e-mail.
To make payment at an ATM, select the option "Payment for Services / Purchases" and insert the corresponding entity, reference and amount.
The order will be sent by us after confirmation that the payment has been completed. Multibanco transactions need approximately 1 business day to be completed. References are available for 72 hours, after which your order will be canceled.
MB WAY
Pay for your orders using the MB WAY application or homebanking. After finalizing the order you have 4 minutes to make the payment, otherwise the payment may be unavailable, requiring a new order.
BANK TRANSFER
This payment method consists of a bank transfer of the total amount of the order to the bank account owned by Dudeco; indicating in the description of the same the reference of the order.
Orders with these payment methods that are not credited to Dudeco's account 7 days after order confirmation will be automatically canceled after this period has elapsed.
It is important to remember that as it is an international transfer, some banks may take 1-2 business days to make the effective transfer, and orders are only sent when the transfer enters Dudeco's account.

Pay at any ATM or through your Homebanking.
After making the payment, send the proof to geral@dudeco.pt with the name of the account holder and the order code.

KLARNA
Payment in 3 installments
Make your purchase at Dudeco and pay through Klarna in 3 installments. To finance your purchase with Klarna, simply add your order to the cart, access payment and choose Klarna, the first payment is made when the order is processed and the remaining 2 payments are made automatically every 30 days.
