The Customer may return or exchange his item within a maximum period of 14 days after delivery. The articles must be in perfect condition, intact, sealed and complete in the same condition in which they were received. You must also have the purchase receipt.
RETURNS AT POST OFFICES OR CTT POINTS - PORTUGAL
Please follow the steps below to return your items to the store:
1- Log in to your account at www.dudeci.pt, click on "My account", then on "Order history and details", then click on details in the order with the items you want to return, select them , write the reason for the return and click "Request a return".
Reason for return:
- It was not what I expected;
- Defective part (indicate which);
- Delivery delay;
- Incorrect article;
- Missing articles;
- I changed my mind;
- Another reason (indicate which);
2- Place the item (s) you want to return in the bag or box in which your order arrived.
3- Deliver the items to be returned to a Post Office or CTT Point near you.
4- Point your order number in case you need to contact Customer Service later.
After checking the item (s) in our facilities, we will refund the purchase price.
After receiving the items and being properly verified, the refund of the value of the item (s) purchased (s) will be made, which will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase. The maximum period for receiving the refund is 14 days. The return of incomplete, damaged or scratched products, as well as products without the original packaging and / or label, or products with signs of having been used, will not be accepted.
The refund will be made using the same payment method.
When it is not possible, (eg: ATM references and bank transfer), the customer must provide his account number (IBAN).
ONLINE EXCHANGES AND PURCHASES
The customer must request a return with the procedures described above (RETURNS) and make a new purchase.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
