Product Shipping and Delivery
1. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail, delivery of the orders will take place within 10 working days after the order has been shipped. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, by the carrier selected and made available at the time of ordering, with the exception of local or national holidays, at the address that the customer indicates when making the same. Once the order has been processed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address, as well as the billing data you have indicated.
2. Shipping costs are added to the order. The costs are calculated and presented at the time of ordering according to the typologies of the selected products and the indicated addresses.
Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, you should check the packaging and the product shipped in order to ascertain any damage. The Dudeco online store will subsequently refund the amounts paid for the order and for its shipment as soon as, at your premises, you receive and complete the return process.
The order is considered accepted if, after receiving the order, it is not returned within a maximum period of 15 days following receipt of the order.
Return Information
If your return is justified by the existence of a defect in the ordered products, Dudeco will bear the shipping and return costs in accordance with the product analysis made by the brand. If your return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect in the ordered products, we will not refund the shipping costs.
Refunds will be made based on the payment method. If the customer makes the payment by ATM reference, it will be necessary for the customer to give their bank details to our Customer Support, at the moment they start the return process. This indication is necessary so that we can refund the money to your account. The customer will receive a refund once the product (s) have been returned and processed.

Availability
The satisfaction of all orders placed on our website is subject to availability. Dudeco tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are in stock. However, we reserve the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for items that are no longer in stock. In this case, we will inform the customer of this fact and proceed with the refund of the amount paid. The maximum period for receiving the refund is 14 days.
Order Process

Order Cancellation
Cancellation of orders after payment and before it is dispatched is possible at www.dudeco.pt. To do this, you must make your cancellation request via email geral@dudeco.pt providing us with your order code. The reimbursement of your purchase will be made using the same payment method you used, except Multibanco Reference, where the customer must provide the NIB for transfer. The repayment term is between 5 to 14 working days.
